•  We credit our Buyer clients *25% of our commissions everyday. How many agents GIVE you money for using them?  The refund is applied directly to the buyer's closing costs at settlement.
• For sellers we offer various commission structures tailored to suit your needs.  The standard total commission is 4% which includes full service marketing as well as cooperating buyer agency fees.  We offer further reductions in fees to *2.4% when we bring and represent the buyer!  This could equal huge savings for the seller.
• Lastly, we offer a $500.00 flat fee listing to simply get your home on the MLS.  This minimal service includes MLS listing, yard sign, and combo lockbox for your home.  As the seller you would negotiate with and pay the buyer's agency fee of 2.4%.
